1. Digital Culture Center
This one is located is an area which is safe and well connected, also around many business-oriented buildings. It should have good places for food very close by.

2. Telmex Hub
This one is located in the city center. That means a lot of people on the streets and probably not as safe as the first option. Noise and sometimes some demonstrations are around this area.

So, just for the location I think it is better to go for option 1. Nothing wrong with the location of number 2, actually a lot of tourists are around that area because is basically walking distance of many important touristic places."
