Subject: Presentation Proposals: Ops Summit Sessions (NY)

Hi Melvin,

Carol, Shamail and I would like to propose two sessions at the New York Ops Summit.  The first session is intended to build on a series of interviews conducted by Danielle Mundle to understand how operators find and consume information to help them triage issues impacting their production cloud environments (see attached).  We’re hoping to meet with a group of operators to brainstorm on a solutions based on the results of the study.  

The second session is intended to discuss the operator’s cloud customers (app developers) and what features should be improved or added to OpenStack to meet their needs.  As you know, application developers are our customers but we actually know every little about them.

Let me know what you think!  Carol and Shamail will be running the sessions in New York.
